Privacy Policy

Sansarik collects only the information required to provide personal finance management features. This includes account details, wallet configurations, financial records you enter, and messages you send to our AI assistant.

• Account profile (name, email, avatar)
• Wallet, income, expense, budget, goal, loan and bill data you create
• AI assistant conversation history
• Device and usage information for security and analytics

When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name, email, profile picture, and Google account ID) for authentication only. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service.

Authentication is handled by industry-standard OAuth 2.0 and secure email/password flows. Passwords are never stored in plaintext and sessions use encrypted tokens.

Wallet information (name, currency, opening balance, exchange rate) is stored securely and is visible only to you and family members you explicitly invite.

Income, expenses, budgets, savings goals, loans and recurring bills are private to your account. Sansarik does not sell or share this data with advertisers.

Messages sent to the Sansarik AI assistant are processed to generate responses and are associated with your account so you can review the history. We do not use your conversations to train third-party public models.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall usage patterns. Analytics do not include your financial data or AI conversations.

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption on our managed cloud infrastructure.

We follow security best practices including row-level access control, least-privilege service accounts, and continuous monitoring. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the family members you invite, and with trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, authentication) bound by strict data-processing agreements.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from the app. You may also request assistance by emailing privacy@sansarik.app.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Data Deletion page.
